AmbiAutomation product line.
AmbiAutomation engineers, manufactures, and supports a focused product line for retrofit HVAC automation. Owned hardware. Owned firmware. Owned supervisory application. One engineering organisation accountable end-to-end.
HVAC Bridge Board — On-Site Automation Server
Industrial IP65 gateway. BACnet IP, MODBUS RTU, RS232 / RS485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GPRS / CAT 1, NB-IoT. Edge-resident schedules and alarms. Encrypted backhaul. 1.5 kV galvanic isolation. Signed OTA firmware. Designed for continuous operation inside HVAC control panels.
Specifications →AmbiAutomation Mobile + Web Application
Native iOS and Android operator apps; web console for operations teams; read-only role for executive dashboards. Schedules, setpoints, alarms, audit log, role-based access, multi-site rollups. Localised for English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Application features →Integration & deployment services
Site survey, control-architecture design, OEM gateway sourcing, installation, commissioning, Site Acceptance Test, training handover, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). One engineering organisation; one customer agreement; deliverables documented at each stage.
Integration overview →Multi-site dashboards & analytics
Long-horizon trending, multi-site rollups, written savings models, schedule-compliance reporting. The site continues to operate if the cloud is unavailable — every on-site server runs edge logic locally.

Common questions.
What products does AmbiAutomation offer?
Three integrated components: the HVAC Bridge Board (an on-site automation server), a supervisory mobile and web application, and an industrial IoT gateway for plant-floor adjacencies. They ship as one deployment — hardware, firmware, and app under one engineering organisation.
Is the HVAC Bridge Board a standalone product or does it require the app?
The Bridge Board runs edge logic (schedules, setpoints, alarms, overrides) independently. The mobile and web application is the supervisory plane on top of it. You can operate the Board without the app, but nearly every deployment uses the app for centralised control and multi-site rollups.
Do I need cloud connectivity to use these products?
No. All control loops run on the on-site server. The cloud layer is optional and used for multi-site rollups, long-horizon trending, and report exports. If backhaul is interrupted, schedules and alarms continue to operate — the app reconnects when the link returns.
How does the IIoT gateway differ from the on-site automation server?
The HVAC Bridge Board is optimised for VRV / VRF and BMS integration (BACnet IP, MODBUS RTU / TCP). The industrial IoT gateway is aimed at plant-floor sensor aggregation, edge protocols like Modbus RTU / OPC UA, and telemetry backhaul. Deployments often use both for combined HVAC + facility-plant scenarios.
